Andrew Tate Files $100M Lawsuit Against TikTok & Meta Over Deplatforming

The Lawsuit: $100 Million Claim

Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan have filed a $100 million defamation lawsuit—splitting $50 million each—against TikTok and Meta (Facebook), citing significant reputational and financial damage after the platforms deplatformed them in 2022. According to the court filing in Los Angeles, they argue TikTok and Meta willfully removed their accounts despite their immense influence and lawful content.

“Good vs Evil”

Tate framed the lawsuit as a moral crusade, calling the case “good vs evil” and portraying himself as a victim of censorship. He claims the bans destroyed a platform that once allowed him to earn a living and influence an audience of tens of millions.
