A judge has dismissed the civil lawsuit brought by a former yacht stewardess who accused Sean “Diddy” Combs and his son Christian Combs of sexual assault. The plaintiff, Grace O’Marcaigh, claimed the alleged assault occurred aboard a yacht in December 2022 and involved coerced drinking, groping, and forceful behavior.
Diddy’s legal team successfully argued that there was insufficient evidence to support claims of aiding and abetting, and emphasized that the alleged incident took place in international waters, beyond the jurisdiction of California law. They also asserted that no factual support was presented tying Sean Combs to active participation or knowledge of Christian’s actions.
