Diddy’s Lawyers Push for New Trial; Prosecutors Demand Swift Rejection

Prosecutors have filed motions urging the judge to reject Diddy’s request for an acquittal or a new trial following his convictions on two lesser Mann Act counts related to prostitution, while being acquitted on sex trafficking and racketeering charges  .

In a swift counter, Diddy’s defense team has already filed a second mistrial motion, this time accusing the prosecution of misconduct—highlighting inconsistencies in witness testimony and disputing a damaging incident about an alleged balcony incident involving Bryana Bongolan  .
