Bronx drill rapper Kay Flock, whose real name is Kevin Perez, has been sentenced to 30 years in federal prison after being convicted on multiple charges tied to gang violence and a string of shootings in his Bronx neighborhood. The sentence was handed down on December 16, 2025, by U.S. District Judge Lewis J. Liman. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Perez, now 22, was convicted in March 2025 of racketeering conspiracy, attempted murder, assault with a deadly weapon in aid of racketeering, and firearms offenses. Prosecutors linked his actions to violent gang activity tied to a group known as \u201cSev Side\/DOA,\u201d arguing that he used violence to assert influence and advance his music career. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
During sentencing, Judge Liman criticized Perez for glorifying violence and failing to show genuine remorse. Liman noted social media posts in which Perez boasted about his legal outcomes, writing phrases such as \u201cKILL ALL RATS\u201d after testimony from gang members.
